All Dyckerhoff Poland production plants use a unified Factory Production Control System (Production Control Manual). This system sets out the rules for the operation of the Concrete Testing Laboratory, tasks of which include:

• support for production within the control of produced mixes
• selection of raw material quality
• selection of proper chemical additions
• current control of delivered components
• technical advice
• development of recipes, depending on submitted specifications
• testing of the properties of cured concrete and the verification of compliance with respect to the required parameters
• statistical assessment of data
• archiving of test data

Confirmation of the high standards which are maintained is the fact that all Dyckerhoff Poland plants have obtained the Polish Certificate of Compliance for the Factory Production Control.
