At the ZDZ Schools in Kielce a school event was held from 25.11.2019 to 28.11.2019 entitled: “Passion, Profession, Vocation…”. A number of interesting projects were planned during the event, primarily aimed at making youth aware of how important passion is in selecting an appropriate profession. And therefore, the selection of a career path. On that occasion the Enterprise for Vocational Training Schools in Kielce hosted its graduates, coaches, and representatives of businesses who delivered speeches about development and the process of making successful decisions about the professional career path.

One of the guests invited to the event was Agnieszka Krupa, representative of the HR and Administration Department at Dyckerhoff Polska. Ms Krupa had the opportunity to meet representatives of three grades and conduct a workshop entitled “Recruitment interview is not that scary”. The purpose of those meetings was to acquaint the youth with job recruitment processes and provide them with knowledge in the area of self-presentation, ways of communicating, and preparing for recruitment interviews. During the training, the participants could review the strengths and weaknesses of their application documents. The workshop was also an opportunity to practice.

The classes not only familiarised the students with very crucial topics, which allow them to develop and take more effective decisions further down their professional career path, but also offered the opportunity to present themselves to Dyckerhoff Polska as a valuable and attractive employer on the Polish market.
