As of 01 August 2019, Mr Mirosław Majchrowicz has joined the top management team of Dyckerhoff Polska. He has assumed the position of the Operations Director, becoming responsible for production and maintenance in the cement part in our organisation.

In his professional career Mr Majchrowicz has been involved in the operational management of cement production for over 33 years. Owing to the wide range of positions which he has held, Mr Majchrowicz has enormous knowledge about cement production technology, mining operations, preparation and completion of investment projects, alternative fuel usage, and raw material consumption. In his career to date, he has employed very well developed soft skills in the area of team building, employee and organisation development.

Mr Majchrowicz graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, where he received the title of engineer specialising in machines used in the metallurgy and mining industries. He also completed post-graduate studies in management at the same University.

His expertise and experience will make an enormous contribution to the operations and growth of Dyckerhoff Polska.
