A company library was launched at Dyckerhoff Polska. At the beginning there are over seventy books and several magazines available. They can be used through a simple application prepared by our employee from the Controlling Department. Attractive gifts awaited the first readers.

Established Company Library brings many benefits. It is a benefit which gives quick access to knowledge and enables employees to improve their competences. Additionally, to facilitate the use of the Dyckerhoff collection, a system of reviews and recommendations of new publications was implemented in the application.

The publications are available in the office building in Nowiny, but they can also be ordered with delivery to all Dyckerhoff Polska plants in the country. The library is supervised by a 4-person Library Board and the person in charge of the library is an employee of the Quality Department.
