Following the entry into force on 1 January 2020 of the Act of 19 July 2019 on amending certain acts in order to reduce payment congestion (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1649) we inform that: Dyckerhoff Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Nowiny at ul. Zakładowa 3, 26-052 Nowiny, has the status of a large enterprise, within the meaning of Annex I of the Commission Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014 of: 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (EU Official Journal L 187 of 26.06.2014 as amended).
