Summary of Participation in Job Fairs and “Speed Dating with Employers”

In recent months, Dyckerhoff Polska had the honor of participating in two significant professional events: the Youth Future and Job Fair and “Speed Dating with Employers.” Both initiatives provided an excellent opportunity to promote our brand and build relationships with young talents entering the job market.

Youth Future and Job Fair
The fair, organized by the Municipal Labor Office in Kielce and the Vocational and Continuing Education Center "CK Technik," took place as part of the 16th National Career Week initiated by the Association of School and Career Advisors of Poland. Its primary goal was to promote local companies, support youth, and assist in job placement.

The event was held at the CK Technik building in Kielce and attracted a large number of participants: representatives of local and national companies and institutions, as well as young individuals entering the job market. Dyckerhoff Polska actively participated by showcasing job offers and connecting with potential candidates.

Innovative Approach: “Speed Dating with Employers”
The second event we attended was “Speed Dating with Employers,” held at the Faculty of Natural and Exact Sciences at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce.

During the meetings, students had the chance to meet representatives from various industries relevant to their fields of study. It was not only a moment for effective self-presentation but also an opportunity to establish connections with future employers. For our company, it was an excellent chance to understand students’ needs and present ourselves as an attractive employer.
