In accordance with the decision of the Shareholders' Meeting, as of 1.12.2023 there will be changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of Dyckerhoff Polska. As of this date, Mr. Miroslaw Majchrowicz, Ms. Nataliia Pryimak and Mr. Johann Nieschwietz will be appointed to the Board.

Mr. Paolo Zelano, the current Chairman of the Management Board, takes up another position within the Buzzi Group's structures in Italy as of December 1, 2023.

Mr. Zelano, for many years serving on the Supervisory Board as Chairman and later on the Board of Directors of Dyckerhoff Poland as Chairman of the Board, has successfully managed the Company implementing the policies of the Buzzi Group.

In the new composition of the Dyckerhoff Polska Board, Mr. Miroslaw Majchrowicz, as President of the Board - General Manager, will be responsible for managing the Company's operations in Poland.

Ms. Nataliia Pryimak will be responsible as Member of the Board - Director of Finance and Procurement for procurement, finance, accounting, controlling, debt collection , IT and legal issues.

Mr. Johann Nieschwietz will join the Board as a Member of the Management Board. Mr. Nieschwietz has worked at Dyckerhoff GmbH for several years, holding the position of Technical Director.
