In the heart of the Pearl Community Cultural Center in Nowiny, a new cultural space has been created - "Miniature of History". It is a unique place that has not only gathered a rich local heritage, but is also the result of the passion and commitment of the community. Dyckerhoff Poland, in cooperation with the Municipality of Nowiny, welcomed the effort to create the "Miniature of History - Chamber of Memory." Our goal was not only to document the history of the Nowiny Cement Plant, but also to commemorate the life of the local community by collecting artifacts, photographs and audio-visual materials. The realization of this project would not have been possible without the generosity and commitment of current and former employees, who donated valuable artifacts and memorabilia. Their contributions, in the form of unique artifacts and stories, were invaluable and form a significant part of the collected collection.

"Miniature History" is not only a collection of exhibits, but first and foremost a space where history intertwines with the present. Thanks to the involvement of the local community, it has been possible to collect many authentic testimonies of history, which are now available to everyone. It is worth mentioning that Dyckerhoff donated comfortable poufs stylized as bags of cement to "Miniature History." This original and practical gesture has significantly enriched the exhibition. In addition, the residents of Szewce donated to the Memorial Chamber the original banner of the Kielce Cement and Limestone Combine Nowiny from the 1970s. This gesture further enriched the collection of historical artifacts.

It should be emphasized that the "Miniature of History" is not only a place to revive the past, but also to build community and social ties. It is open to everyone - both community residents, Dyckerhoff employees and visitors from other regions, as can be seen from the number of visitors in the first months of operation.

Thanks to the commitment of the community, our employees and local donors, "Miniature History" is becoming a true treasure of the cultural heritage of the Nowiny municipality. It is a unique place where living history meets people and where everyone can find something unique for themselves.
