Whistleblowing

Dyckerhoff Polska sp. z o.o. provides appropriate reporting channels for anyone who becomes aware of illegal conduct or violations of laws or the Code of Conduct by employees of Dyckerhoff Polska sp. z o.o. in order to ensure the confidentiality of the reporting person. This also applies to human rights violations and environmental risks caused by the economic activities of a company in its own business area or a direct supplier of Dyckerhoff Polska sp. z o.o.

We recommend that you include your name and contact information in the notification, so that the relevant person can inform you about the results of the assessment of your notification and, where appropriate, about the measures taken.

The protection of the whistleblower is important to us – we do not tolerate any retaliatory measures due to complaints or reports. The identity of the whistleblower is protected by law of June 14, 2024 Dz.U. (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland) no. 2024.928, on the protection of whistleblowers.

According to the Law of June 14, 2024 Dz.U. no. 2024.928 on the protection of whistleblowers, (Chapter 4, Article 30) reports can also be submitted as external reports by directing them to the Ombudsman or a public body.
